What type of server do you guys like (Populatino Wise and C4 Ban Wise) - Rust

I've been trying to find out which server our clan should locate on (I don't want anyone asking me to join their server.) Anyway, The problem is that you either join a server with a gajizilion players (250) and have no resources. Or you join a server with like 4, and it's not fun. So far we enjoy about 20-30, but we're still not sure if that's much of a challenge, especially when that 20-30 is our 16 guys. What do you prefer? What the optimal amount of players for the current rust map? I think we're gonna try something like 75-100. Not sure. Also, what's your take on the airdrops. I like airdrops here and there, but we also don't like C4. Are servers that ban airdrops entirely good? Or how about servers that have it at a certain amount of players. Our dream server would have explosives a super duper rare drop on red animals, and still have airdrops. Maybe you get the airdrop smoke from zombies (extra super rare). idk... -Alaskafish PS - PM if your server has about 75 players, and the loot system is like stated above.

You seem to have pointed out what you/your group likes so the only option here would be to search for such a server. The reason for why there is 2561245 Servers is because everyone enjoy different things, and if they cant find their "dream server" they compromise and take whatever is close enough to how they like it.

I prefer a server with 30-50 ppl. Airdrops only when there are 20+ ppl. The server also only has M4, Mp5, bolt action, and c4 in the airdrop. No explosives at all, c4 cannot be crafted. The reds only drop shotty and pistols(9mm and p250). Its a fun server and i love the pistol battles.

No military grade weapons/kevlar. C4 should be rare (double or triple the craftable resources) making it a bit pointless to make unless you want revenge and make someone cry. C4 should also be a rare drop. What I do want is the Grenade's they aren't being used as much but they are fun! Mods should be the same or a bit more common (flashlight especialy). for the revolver! Bolt Action is no military grade weapon. make it rare but obtainable. for it has many weaknesses.

Ammo is drop only even 9mm, low drop rate so you think before using and wasting your ammo Limited researching - Leather gear, pick axe, small medkits - No crafting large medkits (drop only) No blueprints drop Seems hard to get a lot of people interested in a more hardcore play set, but we enjoy it. We recently opened up the server to the public and hope to attract more with same play-style interest. We would like to get 20-30 people on and playing together.

I tried hosting one like this for about a week and it went over like a lead balloon. I thought it was the perfect server type.

We will push forward and try not to cater to the more easymode that most servers seem to offer (stater kits, teleporting). You will never see these items on my server. As a man who is getting close to 40 I come from a more old school setting and hope to get a community together that shares this thinking. Hey Alaska, you have to enable pm's for your account. This is a server that I frequent.. [RustStorm] 107.152.186.234:28155 It's a 75 player max and often at 30-40, slower in the a.m. 10-20. Usually never less than 10 even at 5-7 a.m. in the morning No c4 craft, airdrops, c4 drops/boxes (rare), rare schematics and research kits, no kev schematics. Signal flares are in airdrops but not every time. good people, good admins. plz come and play. I'm LOU XLII ingame.

i like low pop 10-30. regular c4 spawn

No craftable C4. C4 only by drop. Population 25-100 depending on the server community. If everyone is a KOS idiot, I prefer a lower population.
