Increase body fat over time on players

1. Bambinos will let live longer for them to gain fat
2. People will hopefully have more incentive to kill other geared players and stay to farm their bodies.

At this point of time we still had pumps, I think per minute alive would still be fine and counter the pop 10 bags and F1 Kill exploit.
