I saw one hacker flying in front of me he killed me with a shotgun his name is deathbywar87 and his friend is Sil3ntHunt3r.
I have no evidence against him because he killed me very fast.

You need to post in the "hacker thread" anyway.
Telling people about hackers on the forums won't help at all anyway, it's fruitless. Nothing will be done.
