Its not distributed publicly. Currently only server hosting companies have it as they are under some type of legal agreement.

It's because the devs aren't ready to release the server (it's [B]too[/B] alpha), but they have made agreements with certain trusted GSPs. These agreements include the GSPs taking reasonable steps to protect the server files and prevent them from being leaked/pirated.
