Looking for amazing players (Should have over 1000 hours in new rust)

Hello reader!
We are already established pretty well on Rustafied Main server (We have all the BPS and what not). Our group is now looking to add a few more veterans to be able to compete with the bigger alliances
You: should not mind farming, be consistently active with the group activities (Inhouse 3v3s, 2v2s or savas iceland adventures to get to know eachother and for fun of course).
Group is mixed EU / NA players to cover most timezones.
hey how is it goin?!
Good man, thank you - How are you?
Exceptions can be made if you pull 150H / 2 weeks
Was kinda interested until I read this. Do people really have 10 hours time to waste every single day on Rust? On average? Dayum... I can get people who spend a whole weekend on Rust, but 10 hours/day on average seems... Well...
Sorry fam, got a life.

I wrote EXCEPTIONS my friends, This means - That if said player doesnt have 1k+ Hours in rust they still have a chance to join
LMAO 75 hours a week
you're fucking high guy

Nobody not even the native americans know what "Exceptions" mean ? =O

i think their point is your expectations for hours are pretty damn high. that's more hours a fortnight than full time work in a hospital. sure maybe if you pay me more than work, but otherwise wow.

I played that much for over 6 months. Nothing special when you're unemployed :) Of course that was in Legacy, no way I would stand Experiemental for so many hours a week, way too boring.

Expectation - Exception 2 completely different words. hooly not even aussies know english ? :D
Edit: (Why do i even have to explain this??!)
Either the player has over 1k hours ingame, then he can play anything from 30 to 9000 hours for all i care at least my EXPECTATION is met.
If the player doesnt have 1k+ hours but puts in 150+ Every 2 weeks then i will make a EXCEPTION
nobody is misinterpreting you; i said and mean expectation, because that is where you are amazingly overzealous. full time work for a nurse is 72 hours a fortnight, you are asking for more than twice that to be considered an exception to having >1000 hrs in new rust. awesome if you find someone like deicide who play for 10 hours a day every day, but holy shit brother, people need to go outside once in a while.

I dont expect 150H from everyone, only 1 player in the group has 150h+. I am looking for players with a total count of 1k hours ingame OR with 150H / 2 Weeks. Can I rewrite my post to make it easier to understand? English is my third language :)
Nah man, it's okay, I think we all got the content of the post. I still think that your requirements are too high for most people. I've played a fair amount of Rust the last 18 months (not telling how much, you'll understand why soon) and I'm playing (at least shooting, which is the ONLY aspect in Rust that needs ANY kind of skill) better than some players who have double my hours of play time, but I've also had my ass handed to me more than once by players who just started but were already pretty used to competitive FPS. Hours are really irrelevant in most cases, and if you want people in your clan to have fun, you should value motivation and teamwork over the ability to spend a crapton of hours grinding every day.
But it's only my two cents, you're the one to decide in the end. Have fun though

I am perfectly fine even on vanilla to solo so i can cherry pick the smaller % of players that puts in the hours :)
I have managed to have fun playing Rust for over 2000 hours, mostly by not playing with groups like this. Just sounds like a goddamn job to me.

It sounds more like the people you're going to get are the ones that leave the loading screen up to inflate their hours.

Why do you assume so?
Why do you assume so?
Because even though some people think hours played = skill, playtime is so easy to inflate that it doesn't mean shit. Hell, even with a full time job, family, maybe some volunteer work on the weekends, a person can still meet your expectations. All they have to do is leave the loading screen up.

Yea, you are right actually. I will give more people a chance and broaden my views. You see pretty quick on savas for instance if a guy has a brain & has good gun control or not.
Swedens are awesome! <3
