Hello today i bought the game on my secondary account beacuse my main acc was bannned for cheating when it got stonlen, the thing is that my new account is fine on all the others servers but im just banned on the Washingtong ramdonly i didnt play there yet.

The main reason for buying this game again was to play with my friends on that server, Is this cant be fixed i will try to get my 2 hours refund on steam beacuse this is so annoyng
Well, it sounds like you have cause for a refund. But just wait and see if someone from Facepunch can help you. It seems like they could undo the ban if there is no evidence or reason for it.
Hopefully, you can contact or be contacted by someone from FP.

As i said several times i can play on every server without problems except this one i didnt make a refund or anything similiar but is the problem still without a solution i will be forced to use the 2 hours refund guarantee of steam.

Then any moderator check my acc and if im lying just ban me from all the rest of the servers lol, i just bought the game 3 or 4 hours ago and i cant even play there without joining for the first time.

Yeah i think it was shared i have to check but probably it was.
If you're family-shared with an account that's anticheat-banned, your secondary accounts' Steam IDs get added to the server banlist on official servers, it seems, to prevent people from being able to bypass VAC/EAC bans by just family-sharing the tainted account to a new account with an otherwise-clean record.
It's probably wise to have an entirely new Steam account that's unassociated with your old ones if your account was used to cheat on, stolen or otherwise.
or you could just be actively banned from that server because they don't want you there. there is a difference between banning someone who is a cheater, and banning someone who was a total ass-hat; ass-hats tend to get a more personal and thorough banning than your everyday cheater.
i don't know where people get this impression they have any right to play on a server. you are literally sending/receiving data from someone else's computer (acting as a server host); they have every right to deny you access for no reason at all.
rulz - seriously - don't get caught up with players here who are posting but not helping you. You need to ask Holmzy to unban you. Don't waste your time discussing it with anyone else. People can be pretty mean and trolly here on the forums. They will argue with you for no purpose.
Orkel - I think he is FP staff - said to ask Holmzy who is a FP staff. You should be able to PM holmzy.
Don't listen to Elix or anyone telling you to make a new account, until you ask FP to just unban you.

orkel is a mod for the forum.
i agree, don't make a new account until you know whats going on; odds are the admins don't want you there and will simply ban you again. you do NOT have the RIGHT to play there, so try a different, more humble approach if you do contact holmzy or expect the same result.

You're likely IP banned from the server. Your account was used to either cheat, exploit, or some other infraction. Whether you did it or not is irrelevant and any evidence you could offer that your "account was stolen" wouldn't be enough to prove it was true. Besides, the "my account was stolen" is the oldest excuse in the book that people throw around when they're caught cheating. You're not likely to get much sympathy from anyone, even if you happen to be telling the truth.
The likelihood of your ban getting reversed is next to nil. Put on your big boy pants, deal with it and move to another server.
