Impossible to unban people on oxmin

Hello , I try to unban some people on my p250 server and it's impossible

Seems all the names containing strange characters like "!" or "_" cant be unbanned with /unban command or removeid command or takeflag command :/

Also another user connected twice , one time with his main account , another time with his alternate account named the same as his main account , and can't unban his main account because it says multiple banned usernames with that name even thought only his main is banned...

I wanted to know where to find the real ban list ( oxmin ban list ) , searching for a solution for days.
