Unable to get past 'Loading Items' screen after update - NullPointerException

EDIT: Nevermind! I dun goof'd, all I needed to do was verify the integrity of the game cache and it sorted it all out - feel free to delete this/ban me into the depths of hell

After the last update I can't get past the 'Loading Items' screen, (see the image)

Usually this screen doesn't respond - not the end of the world, but after these errors appear, the little red card bounces freely and I just don't get beyond this screen.

Any ideas? I'd rather not reinstall, but if the worst comes to the worst...
