Your 210 is not going to give you very satisfactory performance. It'll work, but you'll need to do some tweaks and run it at a lower resolution in order to have [U]okay[/U] performance.
There are like a hundred threads containing console/config tweaks and launch options that improve performance. I'm not listing them here because you can use the search function to find them yourself.
Click "Search" at the top, click the left-hand search tab (you'll default to using the right-hand tab, which is a less-specific search and won't be helpful to us), type "performance console" in the search, and then scroll through the list of forums in the list box and click on "Rust" so you don't get irrelevant threads.
Or you could search Google, because there are guides on the Steam Community page for Rust as well as other sites.

Or... You could go to the "Can You RUN It" website by System Requirements Lab... It isn't perfect, but will give you a good idea ;)
No, it won't unless you do some GPU overclocking.
