I have recently notice the fps drop over the past week. Today, it getting worse, 4 fps with the lowest settings, Fastest. I am using a 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M at the moment. The rest of the specifications: Windows 8.1 Single Language 64-bit Intel Core i7 4700MQ @ 2.40GHz Haswell 22nm Technology 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (11-11-11-28) 698GB Western Digital WDC WDC (RAID) Is this normal or its just me since I saw lots of players played this game very smoothly? Any solutions for this?
I've got an identical graphics card but with an old AMD cpu, I see typical FPS of <15 when looking at populated areas, 40+ when looking into oceans / less populated areas
I think your CPU's clock is bringing you down at the mo.
Haswell 22nm Technology
There is your problem. Your nanometers are too big, the FPS are getting lost between the gaps.

I can't afford to buy a new Processor just to play Rust.
