• Servers problem

I have a problem with the servers. I cant see them sometimes i can see 3,4 servers but cannot join them or i cant join my friend.. How to fix it?
Official servers?
Have you tried to log out of steam and log back in?
I tryed everythink restarting router,pc,game,steam
Sometimes the server browser isn't working properly
