I'm have download a "alternative" server and don't have the config.cfg. If a create, he don't load the config.cfg.
Becouse of this i'm can't configure my rcon password. This have a solution? Server load the config or a default rcon password.

You need a file called server.cfg, not config.cfg.

lol, my thoughts exactly. Maybe pirated servers use config.cfg rather than server.cfg
