Whenever I try to right click on Rust in my Steam Library, click properties, then go to the beta tab I see Legacy Dev and Experimental. Well, when I try to do the Experimental branch so my sleeping bags can be fixed (I can't respawn in sleeping bags, it doesn't let me "Click to wake up". Even when I type Kill in F1 it still keeps me there and doesnt let me use the escape menu or anything, but if someone kills me I can respawn just fine.) Anyway, because I wanted Sleeping Bags fixed, I tried going into the beta branch, and after its done updating it says "Corrupt Content Files" and doesn't let me update it. Its just a cycle of going from 0% - 100% and saying Corrupt Content Files.
Anything to fix this? Ive tried verifying and reinstalling and I get the same thing.
Restarting steam fixes it for me.
Thanks for the quick response. Not sure why that fixes it but appreciate it, been bugging me for a week or so.
