Can you Help Me to fix it please !?

Wow, that's like, turbo-banned. You don't even exist on Steam.

hmm, lvl 2 account friends with lots of lvl 20+ accounts (ooh 2 with VAC bans). 6 games. not even an hour on rust before getting banned.
There are a number of potential explanations for the server ban. Speculating is pointless. I'd wait for a dev to comment, if they come into this thread.
My point was about locating the OP's actual Steam ID so the devs will be able to answer him.

Until a Rust developer or a forum moderator (I am not a dev or a mod btw) asks you for more info, you don't need to add anything else to this thread.
There are a number of reasons that you may have been intentionally banned from a specific official server, and only the developer who applied the ban will be able to tell you the reason it happened to you.
Did you actually buy Rust or did you buy an account that had Rust on it? I ask as if it was an account, then it could have a few "blemishes" against it.
I bought RUST just nopw its my personal account and I have never used hacks...
I bought it WITH my PERSONAL CREDIT CARD...
no, what steak is asking is did you purchase someone else's account that had rust on it, or purchase rust for your main account.
regardless, as elix said you are waiting on a dev to reply. what is the message that you get when you try and join a server?
If you look at the OP's Steam account, it owns a copy of Rust.
Stop asking the guy questions to try and trick him into admitting to cheating or something. There are different reasons why the ban may have happened and only the devs know why.
There is no need to poke holes in OP's story, because it's only a server ban, not an EAC ban. OP could be the innocent victim of a ban for unknowingly associating with hackers, for example, and having really bad timing by joining his friends right before an admin came around to check on the accumulated reports of a particular group of hackers. OP could have been joined in on doing inappropriate things in chat without knowing they were inappropriate and had really bad timing by, again, hypothetically joining in right before a dev came in to lay down the law. OP could be lying. Only the devs know.
And, no, Tetris777, I do not know why this happened to you, and the examples I gave above are exactly that: Examples. Just hold tight and wait for a dev response. It may take a day or so, so have some patience and try out other servers. I understand this is a surprise, but this is already the fastest way of getting an answer.
You should also be aware that the official servers are for testing, they are not showcases for the game like you would expect in official servers for a finished game. You will probably have a better experience playing on community servers, although some server administrators can be childish and abuse their powers. Don't be afraid to leave those servers behind for ones with better admin.
This is a long shot, but maybe its the characters used for you Steam Name(assuming the one where Tetris is spelt with symbols is you)? As in it kicks/bans you because it doesn't recognize the characters?
Not an admin, not an ill wisher, just grasping straws in an attempt to help.

this should be a warning before commiting to official servers
since some hack company sell hacks for many games, if you even purchase a hack for another game its possible that you get banned in rust for it.
For example the company VirtualZooming (fictional name) sells hacks for both CSGO and rust. When you buy the hack you buy a monthly subscription, then you download the "hack client.exe". This client is what do the hacking for you, depending on your subscription. Both CSGO hack and Rust hack use the same "hack client.exe" to inject the game you bought a hack for.
When you have that hack on your computer you might get banned from both games, regardless of what suscription you bought. because the anticheat detect for having the hack launcher installed.
Not saying you used hack, just listing a possibility.
crap guys you are giving pointless advices sorry for saying that , I said clearly !
My account clean
Never used hacks
My personal PC
I purchased RUST via my Credit Card From Steam.
I removed Symbols from my Name.
I'm Able to play on other official servers - but not on HONG KONG for somereason .
via my Friend's account i'm allowed to play there but on my account i cannot.
I just want to get unban from that server i dont even care if they ban me on others since all my friends play in hong kong server.
thank you guys for your posts but do not annoy with crap answers please.

this is the only relevent thing as it confirms this as a server ban, and elix is right; a server ban means waiting for a dev to reply (if they do).
Sometimes I wonder if I would get banned if I put myself AFK behind a door halfway bugged in the wall; it really makes your 'violations' increase fast.
Is it possible he tried what I asked here:
https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1496465
And that's why the "rust" is so low hours / new on his account?

I know that admins on Rustopia bans people from violation only, they banned a guy recently for the only reason he had 180 violation. the guy was clean otherwise. it makes no sense because if you vist your friend house, get stucked behind an opened door like you mentionned, you will accumulate violation indefinitely. if your friends make a prank on you and keep you stucked behind that door you will easily get violations up to 180.
there are tons of way to accumulate violations just by playing normally. i found out that some type of trees will give you violations if you stand too close to it. thats right, even farming wood can increase your violation number.
as far as i know, EAC dont seem to ban for having high violations number. But its possible to get banned by inexperienced admins who think you are flyhacking and are too lazy to spectate you.
