I recently bought myself new PC and I am having issue only with Rust constantly causing my PC to restart. I start the game, join some server and after few min. I see black screen, sound loop and after that my PC restarts to desktop.
This only happens with rust, all other games work as a charm. I tried everything I could find on internet but nothing has changed. I reinstalled the game, verified cache, disabled steam overlay but nothing helped at all.

My specs:
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
GPU: gtx 970 4gb
RAM: Corsair 16GB
PSU: Corsair ax760
MBO: Asus ROG Hero VII
Just did clean install of windows and fresh drivers, the problem is still here...
What are you temps?
CPU around 50C and GPU around 65-70C
check your system rail voltages with something like hwmonitor. Sounds like a bad psu.
