When I want to play with the new vision I click play game and this is does to me black screen to 15 sec and than the game crash and this exit from the game. The old vision is working so I don't think that is problem in the computer.
Are you on a mac? http://support.facepunchstudios.com/feedback/view/939-mac-crashing-on-load-after-most-recent-update
No I have windows vista
the black screen is normal for now, everyone gets that. The crashing is a whole different issue that will be hard to understand exactly.
I got window's vista 32 BIT, I also am unable to play as I crash b4 start up, its weird as it crashe's at random parts, sometimes doesnt start up at all, other times it makes it too the menu, and I use to be able to actually connect and play on servers, now it gets to the server list and it freezes up. Very annoying. I do have a nvida geforce 9500 gt though, which is from like 2006, and I assume that is the main problem.

I'm pretty sure you mean a 9600 GT; I have one of those, and it's too old for Rust.

It's too the point where I have my PC open and have a fan blowing on it to keep it from overheating and lagging the shit outta the game. Run's decently smooth though when the fans on it. I'm able to run ARMA 2 and CSGO very well aswell, just as long as I got the fan going. I also vaccum the card for dust every two months, maybe thats why shes lasted so long..
i have too the 9500 GT that is mybe mean that i will can't play in the new vision of rust??

Stop being cheap and spend $100 for a newer card that will run rust just fine... seriously.

He may not be able to update his video card without having to purchase a whole new computer. If he can upgrade just his video card, it will probably be like throwing a supercharged engine in an old rust bucket of a car. Either way, it would probably be best to save up for a whole new gaming PC if it is all that old. I linked a customized PC build the other week from Cyberpower that was around ~$800 USD and should play most newer games you throw at it on medium-high settings. The link is no longer valid or I would post it here, they only keep customized saves for 7 days. But if you know how to build your own, you can work off that price for a pretty good PC.
Same problem here. http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1429109

I have the money and the power to buy and build a new one, but I'm going to ride this one out untill it's completely dead or theres a game that I simply must have that requires an upgrade.
Or you can get that new computer, and use the old one as back up.. numerous different things you can use the old machine for.. and still have a new machine that doesn't have these kinds of issues. Not to mention the heart ache having to deal with a machine on its last breath. If the card is 3-5 years old, and overheats that badly I would check using GPU-Z (http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/) Check the temps, the load, and it should also show you the speed of the fans. It's HIGHLY possible the fan's aren't running at the correct rpm's when the card gets hot. Another good Idea if you have the paste, and if the heatshield comes off to re-paste the contacts to help the cooling process on the card.
