So today I was running around a PVP came along a small house and raided it and killed the guy inside to find an item on him called "Weapon Part 1" (says it's a part used in construction) Then later down the road (not far) I killed a sleeping guy in the road with a "Weapon Part 7" Does anybody know what you do with them??? Or has anybody else came across these???
I can't seem to find any info on what they are?

Thats the only way I know how to show you a picture of it....
Possibly a new system for crafting weapons. It has been mentioned that there is a possibility of modifications to the current crafting system that would require you to find different pieces of a weapon to craft it. This looks unfinished, though.
