the game crash without everytime im trying to enter a server

I recently bought the game and it loads all the way to the server list and when i try to enter a server it loads all the files and when its about to launch the game server the game crash.
i alerady tried to verify files and it dosent work if can someone help me i will be very thankful for that since i havent played the game at all since it downloaded
