From March 2? Have you not been playing in the last month? This sideways building was already fixed a few weeks back.
So no body cant jump your roof ?
Shouldn't be able to unless there is server delay in removing demolished objects. Not a server admin but the server I play in had some weird setting that would only remove objects at a certain time of day or something...
