When i Try build something with the building plan it appears then just crumbles!

So yeah i'm trying to build my base and every time i use the plan to put down a new wall or window it just crumbles do i need to add another tool cupboard or what is there a limit to how much you can build per one?

Server problem. Get your admin to restart the server.
