TERRIBLE experience with PlayRust.EU. I purchased a server from them about 3 days ago. I ordered a Dallas TX DDOS protected server. From the start their Control Panel/FTP was down (DDOS Attacks) for hours while I was trying to upload mods. After about 2 hours of waiting their CPanel came back online but was so laggy it was unusable for some time. The next day I finally got my map uploaded and the mods uploaded. I let the community know and we made the move. Within minutes of having more than 20 people online the lag spikes and rubber banding was so bad you could barely move. They are aware of those issues and are working on a solution. The issues are caused by the server software of Rust. Therefore we are unable to do anything against that. I understand the game is a bit laggy and it crashes from time to time but rubber banding so bad you cant move and won't even admit their "DDOS Protected Servers" are being DDOS'd. I requested a refund for 25 euro out of the 32 euro i was charged since I used the service for 2 days. The refund was promptly declined and this is the response I get from that... How do you know that Multiplay does not suffer the same issues with a lot of their servers? We're in a mailing list with every gameserver provider and they reported the same issues.
