Server Runs and I can join locally, but cannot join externally?

Problem solved, thanks Werkrat =3
Hello,
I have hosted a public Rust server before, but this time it is giving me some trouble. I can join on my LAN but not the WAN. I have port forwarded, allowed the ports and rust dedicated through my firewall, and have attempted multiple different ports to host on. Nothing is seeming to work. My routers firewall is disabled too. I have attempted to disable Rcon and that didnt work either. When I check the ports I am attempting to use on canyouseeme, I get connection timed out. That makes me think my router is blocking it, but the ports are forwarded and it says "connected to Steam"? I did not install Oxide or any mods.

Please help me figure out why the WAN is not working with my server!
Thank you! ♥[/s]
Are you attempting to connect to your own server using your public IP from within your LAN? Because some modem-router combos explicitly block that from working.
Have you tried having someone else connect to your server?
Can you confirm that you are forwarding ports 28015 and 28016 to your internal IP?

I have tried using my external and internal. In the past I was able to connect to my own external IP.
I have not tried having someone else connect.
I've done Inbound and outbound ports.

I just noticed that you have put the rcon port on 28016. Please move that to 28017 in case it's clobbering the server announce.
I'd ask you for your server's IP in order to look it up on RustDB to see if it's being announced, but RustDB seems to have gone down a month ago or something, don't know what's happening there. So, never mind that.
I'd have someone else try and connect if you still can't get in after changing the rcon port.
Who's your ISP, by the way? And do your other hosted servers (I see Minecraft, ftp, a webserver, etc. in that NAT list) work when you try your external IP?
I would start with disabling windows firewall and any other firewall you might be using, even if you've added rules. Just to test.

I see your server on rust:io
I have tried switching rcon to 28017, but it did not remedy the issue. I can find my server on the community list, but I can not connect to it from there. I still have to connect using my local IP. When I try connecting via the community list "Connection attempt failed" but I definitely see it.
I have tried disabling my firewall, but that also does not seem to fix the problem.
My ISP is Comcast.
I have a FTP service that I host on the same exact computer and it works perfectly.
I can connect to your server. If you type client.connect "ip" can you connect to your server? Either your public ip or maybe localhost
It's now just fine, the game was acting weird on my end
