So, since the last month update, and since my new PC i bought recently, i get, after 10 minutes or so (sometimes 30, sometimes 60), kicked with this error: steam Auth:K_EAuthSessionResponseVACCheckTimedOut for 10 minutes i can't log in ANY server, literally. Then, i can come back, and it happens over and over.
I saw a lot of posts and threads about this error, but nobody still got the solution. I'll try to spread the word, in any case.
Anybody? HELP? Thanks.
Repairing the Steam service worked for me:

I haven't found a real solution that works for me either. I usually just exit steam, and come back after 10 mins or so and it connects fine. I can't explain it.
I tried 3 times the solution above and rebooted, aaand, it seems that i can play. I player for 2+ Hours without being kicked, i will try again this night.
EDIT: Nope, playing today for 30 mins, i got kicked. FFS.
So, after days and days of tries, nothing worked, my god. I have 90+ hours on this game, and after i got the new pc i was so excited that i could play at smooth framerate, and this damn OS (Probably is Windows 8.1 fault) keeps giving me problems.
