Server saving issues

All of a sudden our server is having major issues with saves.

The saves are running every 10 mins but after a restart the map is wiped.

When I look at the save folder and run manual saves we get the usual saves

0.sav
1.sav
2.sav
3.sav
4.sav
5.sav
6.sav

But once we reach that point the new saves start renaming.... And we only get,

1.sav
2.sav
3.sav
4.sav
5.sav
6.sav

The 0.sav is missing. The next save comes around the 1.sav goes missing until we have no saves.

We've changed nothing? Any ideas? I'm getting murdered over on my server for this.
