[Rust Legacy] Last patch on it might have messed up the game (fps drops)

Anybody else having this problem where fps stays under 20?

Start game on fastest
console:
graphics.lodbias 0.2
graphics.shadowdistance 0

do not have anything open in the background especially Chrome

^ from having my game freeze every time I shot now I can shoot without any stress(it happens like once a few hours for 1s and that's it)

Those commands dont work for legacy
