i would think you wound need to contact the server owner, or the mod maker to allow that
There are a LOT of bogus advertising on servers that state they use IC.
Yes, the admin/owner of a modded server is the only one who can do those things.
On a side note, I have been on quite a few servers this past week and have seen the same false advertising. It is common, just when you get on try to craft as soon as you can and see if it is indeed insta. If not, move to the next server
