Server Issues after todays patch

After todays patch we used a backup of our map file.

Ever since the patch the Servers CPU has been getting maxed every 15-25minutes causing server crashes. Is anyone else getting this and does anyone know a fix?

By the way... the time the Yellow square represents is about 6-7hours.
