So I got the update for rust a few days ago and started playing, then upon playing it was lagging horriblely, like maybe 5 FPS. I have an alienware computer so I exspected it would be able to handle high grafics and be able to still keep good FPS.
I thought well ok that's normal for early development games, so I turned them down a bit. But it was still laggy as crap, so kept turning it down further and further to the point where the grafics completely sucked. I just thought maybe it was my connection, but I don't know. Is there a way to be able to keep the grafics up without having all this lag and improve FPS?
