Facepunch does not handle bans issued by VAC. You would have to contact Valve to dispute a VAC ban. Please bear in mind that Valve will not disclose what triggered the ban.

Why would you think you were banned for flyhacking? Was it because you were flyhacking?
But was banned by fly hack, I did not get anything as a warning, simply was not, andnot put as legacy, thinking it was compatibility, and appeared ban by fly hack
You were probably banned from the server or something.
