I shit you not, there is frigging 0 answers in google for it.
anyway, sometimes while in server and when i type i either type in russian letters, or god knows whatelse.
Like the system of rust makes my language different than it is...
Edit: And when im in game and having this weird bug and try to write someone in steam i write in those letters aswell..
So i need to alt tab to write someone...

Maybe you are using some keyboard shortcut unknowingly.. and it changes your keyboard layout or something like that
When you run by holding shift and look back by pressing alt, you switch keyboard language. shift+alt is the shortcut in windows to switch active keyboard layout/language.
