Building inside Rocks is Still Viable

Building inside rocks is still viable and it's game breaking.

I was passing beside a huge rock on FP Singapore server when suddenly "Building Blocked" showed up. I looked around the rock and on top of it but couldn't find any thing.

I went to youtube and searched for recent videos on building inside rocks and I found one easily, and it was uploaded at the beginning of June. So this glitch has been in place for some time.

I closed the video and went to try the trick on a another rock nearby and it worked like butter.

I went back to the other rock and started crouching beneath it and trying different ways to get a look at what's inside, and I found this:

Wow seriously? Is it just impossible to make the area under the ground a kill zone? How can this bug possibly still be in the game garry?
