If any one has been following the @RustUpdates on Twitter, can anyone explain what paroxum is and why it is being mentioned alongside the globe monument?

The spot where it is mention is usually reserved for who checked in the change, in this case I think Paroxum is related to a good 3D artist. His portfolio can be found with google.

So do you think that means the globe is being remodelled?

It is being remodeled they stated so last week and on several other occasions. They wanted to balance it by giving it two access routes to the top, some interesting battle zones inside and later on there will be some oil spawning near the base to make it a highly contested area.
