Gtx960
I3-3240
12Gb Ram
I have already tested :
Compatibility Mode
Reinstall the game
Verify Cache
And i can run the RustClient.exe but the EAC does not work
I searched and I found this problem report crash in my computer (Sorry it's in french) :

make sure Windows 10 is fully upgraded. Windows update live I think they call it.

I think is EAC because I can launch Rustclient.exe no problem
check your firewall make sure it's not blocking Eac
What the anti-virus software do you use?
EDIT : I have resolve this problem. I have just create an another account in administrator and the game starting normally. I do not know why but its solved my problem. Thanks for your help :)
