Mouse offset since July 23rd update

Hello,

since the last update I am experiencing an offset with the mouse. There seem to be a lot of people with the same bug but no fix.
Yes I changed the resolution but the issue is there with almost all settings. Sometimes more sometimes less offset but offset plus I don´t want to play on another resolution just to fix the issue partially.
I am playing since a few month and never had those problems. Since Thursday the 23rd of July update I have this.

I play on Windows 7 SP1 (64bit) with a Radeon 6850 card.

Please help I like this game but it´s unplayable like this.

I had the same issue couple month ago... set the resolution to the same as my windows setting and it worked.
