i want run a server with easy anti cheat but I do not know what to do

EAC is not server side, no server runs EAC because EAC is purely client side. EAC checks the game files for shit that shouldn't be there, so it would be useless on servers.
What should I do when I open it to log into my server's necessary?
And if it does not open into the server is not possible

EAC constantly checks their game for code that isn't supposed to be there. You have to understand however that you [B][U]will[/U][/B] get hackers on your server no matter what, but chances are EAC will ban them at some point. The way EAC operates is they will flag players that have hacks then they will ban a whole bunch of people at a time.

every player has to open EAC in order to connect to your server. You have no problem

I'm having a really hard time understanding you, but I think you're asking how to automatically kick someone if they're cheating? There are several Oxide mods that purport to do this, but understand that no system is 100% effective. Some people will get through. VAC + EAC + attentive admins are the best way to stop hackers.

Both the legacy and new-version servers are available directly from Steam for free, and [I]that[/I] isn't it. I don't know what you're installing, but it is not the official source for the Rust server files. Get rid of it and get the real thing.

I see that Zentex site is also offering a pirated copy of Rust for people to download. NICE. You're on your own with getting their version to work. Go ask them for help.
