Do to adding in HQM (High Quality Metal) why not add in a new Tier 6 Walls & Doors & Floors. This give players more options and that the Tier 5 Walls & Doors & Floors will nee Metal Frag's instead of HQM for tier 5 Walls & Doors & Floors.
I think it would be more fun if each type had their own +/- points and involved temp.
As for another tier could combine metal/stone for a concrete type tier?
Twig - Temperature same as outside, Water Proof, Cheap
Wood - Temperature same as outside, Water Proof, Cheap, Blunt Tool Resistant
Stone - Temperature Cooler than Outside, Water Proof, Slash/Blunt Tool Resistant, Blast Resistant
Sheet Metal - Temperature Hotter than Outside, Leaks, Tool Resistant, Blast causes metal splinters
Armored - Temperature Hot as balls, Water Proof, Highly Tool Resistant, Highly Blast Resistant
Personally, I like where its at now. Having another tier of upgrading is bad for raiding. Cause you will need to create twice as many resources to raid this. And by the time you have the materials to raid it, its time for any community server (i play on those) to wipe. The only way I'd be down for this, is if the requirement to upgrade to the next tier is insanely high and the stress it puts on stability sky rockets. And possibly creating a new item to raid with to where the new tier is balanced with the rest of Rust gameplay.

This suggestion is fair, don't think of the current wipe cycles when replying to a progress suggestion, as Garry and his team are aiming for 3+ month wipe cycles so there will be plenty of time to build up some resources.
