I can not go to the server for reasons unknown to me, on the screenshot seen everything.
P.S. I dont have Vac Ban

as it says, you are banned.

there are 3 types of ban. VAC, EAC(game) or manual bans. based on the image, you have been manually banned from the server by an admin.

(or i suppose it could be an EAC ban that hasn't updated your profile yet. the manual ban is more likely)
