FullScreen Windowed Implementation for Rust video settings

I don't know if it's been suggested before, but fullscreen windowed is awesome and I'm sure many people would appreciate it too.
Not as a default setting, but as an option,
alt+enter:smile:

Add -popupwindow to the launch arguments , and your dreams will become a reality.
As far as I know this works for any Unity Application.

Yup, I second this. Works great. I love the ability to do this and have been using this for a couple of months now. That way, I can quickly switch to other stuff on my second monitor without going through the alt-tab thing that's proven to be problematic with Rust in the past (don't even know if that's fixed or not).
