Hi, I really like rust and I think it's really good game! You don't have what's really considered a "gaming" machine. That's a dual-core Core i3 CPU; not really intended for new-game gaming. Your GPU is, sadly, [URL="http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu.php?gpu=GeForce+GT+630&id=1431"]even less suited[/URL] to intense 3D gaming. It'll do DVDs/HD video just fine, but Rust is a lot more demanding than it's really built to handle. You should be able to get some performance gains by reducing quality settings in the F2 menu in-game, but that machine is just not powerful enough to give you a satisfying experience. Rust is relatively unoptimized at this early stage, so some aspects of the game will run [I]better[/I] than they do now months from now when things are more polished... but even if you put in a better video card, there's a limit that your machine will hit and it won't be worth trying to get past it without replacing most of your core computer parts with better ones. I'm not trying to mock you for having a "shitty" computer or anything, please understand, I'm just saying that it's only going to be able to do so much.

I would suggest upgrading to a decent "Gaming" Pc both for Rust and other games. PSU) Corsair RM650, 650W PSU CPU Cooler) Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo OS) Windows 7 or 8.1. SSD and a HDD would be good too. This is a "Mid" Ranged Gaming PC. It's not "Cheap" it's not "Expensive" But this will Kick ass for alot of games. NOTE: I'm not an Expert, and i'm not forcing you into buying stuff. I just recommended what could help you with fps in all games pretty much. And this will give you a good stable 60fps in rust on "Good".

I'm afraid the above are right, rust is extremely demanding currently and you'll only be able to get it in minecraft mode on a low fps! A friend of mine was playing like that for ages, don't know how she managed it! She's blowing away how stunning the game looks now, and it does so it's worth the investment if you can afford the upgrade. If you want to upgrade, there will be a massive debate advising you this and that. At the end of the day, as yourself are you happy building a system yourself or do you want an off the shelf job - scan or similar companies will do you a great deal on a custom pre-build pc. Also you're playing on an odd res - what monitor do you have. Get a lovely 1920x1200 (or 1080) IPS panel!
