I had the same processor like you with my old PC and a slightly better graphics card (GTX 750 PHOC)
You will be suffering most from FPS problems. My average FPS was around 30. If there's a bottleneck, it's probably your graphics card. I recommend playing on fast or fastest and you should be able to play it, yet you will never reach 60 fps with this setup. (my estimate)

You're probably gonna find you get better frames running at a lower resolution without much visual difference. 1920 is my default but I dont get past 60 unless I use a lower res, and I have a slightly stronger PC

your graphics card isn't going to play this game whatsoever, if it is truly a GT and not a GTX card

in any case, after it fails to be playable, you can still get a refund from Steam as long as you've played it for less than two hours, and have owned it for less than two weeks
