Bug Report - Random Death w/ loss of stuff w/ no reason given

While playing on an official server (London 5) a bug occurred that deleted my entire inventory and rendered all my sleeping bags useless until i killed myself and respawned a second time. (See screenshot) The cause of this bug is unknown and i don't have any further information. I was in my base i crafted a bunch of gp and explosives and disconnected with all of it still in my inventory. I came on the next day and it said i was killed by KillerName and was alive for AliveTime_Long and you can refer to the screenshot for more information. Its as if my user information was corrupted or something. In our base "Antihack" goes off in chat quite a bit as well not sure what is the cause of this issue either, but my friend thinks its directly related to what happened to me because the next day it happened to him as well. Fortunately when it happened to him he had nothing on him at the time.
