[I][B]Hello, I need really help with this big problem i got everytime i trying to make a rust server and i give up everytime but this time i wont give up i need speical help from someone else!!![/B]
So lets start with the console problem i have [B]open[/B] all ports added to [B]firewall

So then i getting this problem when i trying to connect to the server!

You could try deleting your Rust config from SteamApps/common/Rust/cfg and restart Rust. This seemed to correct this problem for me.
I got no configs there its empty map

on a side note, if you use client.connect to connect to the server and it fails, and then use the retry function it will tell you no address... in other words, you can't use retry on a failed client.connect
