Rust has an amazing building system with its free place and lock on system, but insides of bases are pretty dull.
Insides of bases shouldn't just be a place to bank loot; after all it is your home!
I think we should be able to make our home feel different than all the other model bases.
Maybe more interior items? Ability to setup custom/generic wallpapers? maybe we could display the animals we killed? Perhaps we could add more base defence objects or something.
Or something to make bases look more lived in, like if the base is built in a desert it would have piles of sand around the ground or maybe a thin layer of sand in some areas with foot prints. Or if you build in forest/plains there would be mud and dirt and snow for cold areas. Maybe there could be a chance of cracks in bases that are purely cosmetic.
Also another idea with this whole xp ordeal would to have a building skill. The more you build the more stable your creations are.
If you were able to setup interior farms or plants that would also be cool.
Another thing I want, is to fix the noclipping animals that come into our bases uninvited (I'm talking about bears)
Also I hate how players can place a twig foundation and are able to just attack the bear from a distance. Like a bear should be able to destroy that bs foundation.
