This error appeared after the new update. I tried to uninstall and after to re-install EAC but still same error. I re-installed rust and nothing happened.
How can i solve this error ?
I'm using windows 7.

Try make an exception for EAC on your firewall, it's possible that could be blocking it.
As an attempt if the firewall doesn't work try verifying your files in Steam.
For some reason,with me, this has happened. I load up steam,jump on Rust,exit the game and leave for awhile then return and restart Rust,boom EAC DC.
But, if I verify my files it loads back in again with no issue.
I allowed easyanticheat service on the firewall and also i tried to turn it off. Nothing happened :\.
I also tried to verify my files in Steam :\
