game looks out of focus

for me the game looks really blurry like iam drunk or something is there a setting iam missing to fix this or maybe a setting i can change from my card running gtx970
i can only run this game on good so i can get 65fps i did try putting settings up but nothing change any help will be great thx

Maybe you should disable Depth of field. Options>Graphics
