Hello,
Today I was playing rust as I usally do , I was roaming with my Team and basicly killing people and as usual people got pissed about getting killed and called me and my friend out as cheaters.
Well guess what , after 5-10 min them reporting us I got banned with the message showing up EAC Banned . People started spaming chat like always when someone gets banned and they were like "spam report armaniskott(one of my teammates I was running around)and he will be next. 5 min after he got EAC Banned aswell. And I can tell that we are not cheating at all , so it would be really nice if EAC check it out and can tell us why we got banned and I believe it's a false ban.
I shadowplayed it at the time I got banned and I will link the Video below same as my Steam Profile and Armaniskott's Steam profile .

Armaniskott's steam ID: STEAM_0:0:34762939
Later I will link the chat evidence but I couldn't record it or shadowplay it since I got banned , so a teammate recorded and screenshoted it.
It would be very appreciated if someone coud look into the ban, since our account's mean alot for us.
Thank you ,

Just to give you a side note, at the time of your recording will not prove anything, EAC bans are delayed even if you weren't running any hacks at the time of the ban will mean nothing, the fact all of you got banned shows something is clearly up, like you're sharing the same cheat vendor or something... Plus it's a nice official server as well, meaning the admins can also check the current players at that time and what they might be injecting into the game. I'm also curious that the ban triggers just as you're about to take a shot. A recent influx of people just using hidden aim assist is also popping up, so even if you're recording players may think you're "pro" at the game and nothing more.
since our account's mean alot for us
So, is that why your account has a trade ban enforced by Valve? https://imgur.com/L1eAuYo
Okay, so you finally uploaded that chat, that's all fine and well. But mass reports of a player will not get you banned in Rust, it's the same as overwatch in CSGO, you can report the player all you want, all that will happen is it'll be passed along and reviewed, but in this case EAC will review your case. Imagine if mass reporting players could get you banned, there would be blatant abuse of the system and a lot more players would be saying the same story on here.
Dear Facepunch supporters,
First as you can see both of the accounts are not new and have no reason to ruin all they have done in the accounts, if you guys will take a deeper look into the accounts you can see that a lot of money and time have been in this accounts.
In the video you can see properly that he is not cheating, the video is also recorded with sound so you can hear that nobody is talking about cheats or saying anything wrong they couldn't hide the sound in the video because its came in suprise and apparently they had a video.
And another fact is that both accounts have a lot of hours for not being banned.
Best Regards,
decking!

The video is no evidence by the way.

It is and I also wrote why "In the video you can see properly that he is not cheating, the video is also recorded with sound so you can hear that nobody is talking about cheats or saying anything wrong they couldn't hide the sound in the video because its came in suprise and apparently they had a video."

EAC dont insta ban cheater. Maybe he cheated 1 week ago.

The only proof in the video was he recorded the EAC ban, that doesn't prove anything. In example I can make a post about being innocent and upload 10 minutes of gameplay on another account under the same name, what does that prove? That you're able to upload false information, my point being is he could have hacked at any given time and triggered a Ban and like I said in a previous post, a lot of people have been having slight aim assist and aim locking hacks that are hard to detect even when watching the video. "Imahero" also said
EAC dont insta ban cheater. Maybe he cheated 1 week ago
This is a great example, people do not get banned right away after hacking, this is due to not letting on the cheat vendors that their product has been compromised and allows the cheat signature to build up and then dishes them out in ban waves.
Crazy man only floods the threads with his "Support". I wouldnt take any word from this retard. Never the less just look at his account date, April 2016.
Instead just waiting for an Eac/FP response, we get this guy talking shit before an official answer.

What, still bitter about being called out for trying to escape EAC using the family share feature to make multiple copies of rust? You're in no position to be talking about account dates. In the last thread you made we told you that any family shared copy that runs cheats gets every account with a family shared copy, and the account with the original copy, EAC banned.
EAC doesn't instantly ban people, they let them roll on for a while and issue bans in waves to catch as many cheaters at a time as possible. The suspicious activity on the account could happen at any time, and they always ban for it after the accounts are flagged.
And honestly my money's on an EAC representative swinging by to confirm to us that the bans were permanent, and maybe I should also lay even money that somebody's going to complain that EAC didn't look into their case at all and are ignoring their demands.

This is coming from the guy who tried getting around a ban with 3 family shared accounts, good job btw How's that working out for you?
Fernando, how many accounts do you need? Hello,
Since my name is visible in the screenshots, and I was there during the ban, I feel obligated to explain what happened.
Visor and Armaniskott have been accused of cheating a lot. Basically half of the server (Amsterdam 3) has at one point accused these two of cheating (most of them saying in chat they reported as well).
I play with a group of about 10 players, and yes we all reported Visor and Armaniskott for cheating (multiple times). Since half the server (including our group) already suspected Visor of cheating, you can imagine the chat going wild when he was (finally) banned. People were happy and felt justice was being served. The chat went crazy and everybody was expressing how they were waiting for this to happen.
We were confident his teammate Armaniskott would be next, since they always play together and pretty much do the same suspicious stuff (on which we based our reports). So after Visor's ban all 5 of our team that were online at that time (i repeat FIVE people) "spam reported" (aka. pressed f7 and clicked report) Armaniskott and he got banned shortly after. We did regular in-game reports, not twitter.
In my excitement of seeing two people, who have been harassing others for so long, I said in chat we spam reported (as shown in the image), literary meaning our group (of 5) all reported at the same time.
My thoughts are that our reports didn't do much at all frankly and are now being used in an attempt to blame someone else and removing focus from the real ban reasons. Some comments already pointed out this could have been a delayed ban. No-one would actually believe you could "spam report" someone, resulting in a EAC ban.
These guys are cheaters, they know it, we know it, half of the server knows it. The screenshots, video and time played literary proof nothing. The EAC system caught these two (at some point) and they got banned fair and square.
If needed, an Admin or Dev can contact me for further details on this case. I can give more info on what kind of cheats they were using. Backed up by about 25 players which I know on the server.
[Edit]
in conclusion. These bans are (in my and a lot of other players opinions) fully justified and gave me back some trust in EAC.

Corko

We will have to wait for an EAC admin to check it and tell us.

This post actually explains a lot of the suspicious behavior I mentioned.

Im actually really laughing right now
"and I was there during the ban" saying in chat please please report them they will get ban next one is armani please man.
"Visor and Armaniskott have been accused of cheating a lot" tell me what do you even know about them have they got banned before ?
have you saw their monitor ?
how can you point a finger at someone like this ?
"in conclusion. These bans are (in my and a lot of other players opinions) fully justified and gave me back some trust in EAC."
you are saying that only because we wiped you(and most of the server) every time and even had it recorded.
anyway your whole post in pretty useless and you are as well.
There's no point arguing / flaming or trying to prove innocence.
Wait for an EAC dev or admin to check and reply. If you used a common cheat program you're fucked.
There is the odd chance it could be a false positive.
Just wait.

Exactly
Visor is currently evading his ban using an alt account:
http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198308729326/
http://imgur.com/pNzHAbe
I'm curious if that is violating any EAC/Steam user agreements.

You are allowed to make another Steam account and repurchase any games that were on it. Though odds are he will end up banned again unless he did a full format of his system and a reinstall of his OS to wipe all traces of whatever caused his original ban.

Guess what happend just got EAC Banned on it aswell ...
I need help quick, I really wanna play but I don't know why I keep getting banned again .
You better grab some food while you wait, because it can take either Hours for a response, or days for a response.

Gotta wipe that computer clean.
5 bans for the same detected cheat and you still act surprised and innocent. You know why you were banned ... GTFO
