It will be called it: Ukraine 1
It will be official server,with active admins 24/7(Already have 3), also we will be have a site.
It will be have set of team in future, so I order the server and it will be Uptime 100%
I want to add this server like you add Russia 1.
How I can do that?

Why can't your friends just play on a European server? A server specifically for Ukraine seems a bit overkill.
