So Today (April 29 2014) my server was reaching its peek and getting active while all of a sudden a wild revoltservers.com happens....after the sudden crash and disappearance of the server i asked there customer service where did my server go and this is the answer i got... Alex Sanders: I'm sorry about the confusion but it appears that the data was lost.. We will be happy to provide you with a 15% off coupon on the purchase of your 200 slot server, if you're still interested sir. Alex Sanders: Please let me know if you would like that, because I have to leave soon. my 200 slot server poofed into thin air and i only can get 15% off discount for it-_- what a shame... this is supposively the CEO of that GSP just a heads up when dealing with these people....
This is the free GSP correct? If so nothing you can do about it... It was obviously only to get people's attention and it cleared worked, if not and you did infact pay for the server and wasn't given notice to the server being disconnect, contact your CC company/paypal and dispute the service.
yes you are correct it was free for the first 4 days but when they cut it off on day 3? Its like really? second time moving servers so we chose here they gave us first 4 days free and we where going to pay players came on and then bam all gone? Its not the money i care about its the time and effort I put into it for my players cause that's what its all about your players

Hello gmoney, I'm Lars, a representative from RevoltServers. Here is the orginial ticket you created. Please note I've commented out personal information "Ok so I know this ticket is more of a question but I know that you guys respond extremely fast so here it is. We have another server for Rust that is pretty large, on any given night we have over 100 people on, we also do multiple events. Our web site is "HIDDEN". We are currently using a server in Canada and we are having tons of lag spike and DDOS attacks left and right. We serve pretty much all of the US. I have been using your server for a little less than a month and so far I have seen no issues, mind you that there has never been more than 10 players on my server at once. So what I am asking is do you think that your servers could handle the traffic, and could we simply just transfer all our information over from our other server without much hassle? I would llike to try out your server with 200 slots for a couple of weeks if you guys think it can be done. I have no problem using my current server with you guys to do all this if it is at all possible. I mean we could even advertise for you on our website and on our server. If this is possible it is something that I might like to do today before everyone starts logging in tonight for our events. Please let me know my number if you need it is "HIDDEN". Thanks "hidden"! You were then replied to, and given a 200 slot demo server for 4 days that was set to autoterminate by the 30th unless your invoice was paid. Your invoice was not paid, and therefore the service was deleted. Our game panel runs on a different time zone. We have yet to terminate any client services, unless requested by them. Still, we should have had the data backed up just in case of a situation like this. So because of this, we have decided to give you your 200 slot rust server for free the first month. Please PM me if you are interested, so that I can give you the promotion code.
probably why you shouldnt do business with an unauthorized gsp.....
