Okay this is now pissing me off, any server I try to join it gives me
"Can't load lump 29, allocation f 1952721 byes failed!!!"
and it goes on every single server,

And if its not that, it decides to just crash to desktop saying "Hl2.exe has stopped working"

Nothing comes to mind at the moment, however if you rename your garrysmod/garrysmod folder to garrysmod_old and launch Garrysmod again it may well clear the issue.
Also PHX is now included in Garrysmod.
I've tried, but its still giving me the error, even a fresh install, it just keeps crashing, over, and over, and over

Try manually setting your paging file (it should be at least half your RAM, but don't make it too large, try 4gb) the max and min should be the same.
