Out of the blue, my mouse buttons seem to not work at all. It's all well and good in the menu's, but when I'm in-game, I can't use left or right click or middle mouse. I even tried changing my voice button which was middle mouse to an key on the keyboard but that had no affect and voice still diden't work.
I'm running Windows 7 64bit if that matters.

try typing bind "MOUSE3" "+voicerecord" in the console.
